Requirements
- Requires 10ā15+ years of industrial plant design experience and at least five years leading design teams, with advanced knowledge of plant design software, BIM coordination, and common data environments. Candidates should have experience implementing design and BIM standards, understand multidisciplinary engineering workflows, and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
