- Own the end-to-end design of near.com, translating complex financial and cross-chain capabilities into clear, trustworthy web and mobile experiences, including conversational and AI-powered interfaces. Conduct research and testing, evolve the design system, contribute to product strategy, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Growth to deliver features.
Requirements
- Requires 7+ years designing and shipping complex digital products, a strong portfolio showing end-to-end ownership and measurable impact, and the ability to simplify technical concepts into intuitive experiences. Candidates should be proficient in Figma, prototyping, and design systems, have strong product judgment, and be familiar with blockchain products and close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
