Requirements
- Requires principal-, lead-, or architect-level UX experience, a strong background in strategic product design and information architecture, and experience leading complex enterprise initiatives. Candidates should demonstrate stakeholder influence, cross-functional collaboration, mentoring and presentation skills, and a portfolio showing strategic design decisions; enterprise retail, eCommerce, or omnichannel experience is desirable.
