Lead end-to-end UX and UI design for mission-critical government applications, including user research, analysis, interaction design, prototyping, and delivery. Develop and maintain design systems and accessible interfaces, and collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to validate and implement user-centered solutions.

Requirements
- Requires a bachelorâs degree in a related field or equivalent experience, at least five years of professional UI/UX design experience, and demonstrated UX research and synthesis skills. Candidates must be U.S. citizens with an active TS/SCI clearance and required polygraph, be proficient with tools such as Figma or Adobe XD, and be willing to work onsite full time in McLean, Virginia.
