Lead company-wide MEP design and estimation activities, including design development, calculations, drawings, material take-offs, cost estimates, and technical submissions. Manage and mentor the design and estimation team while coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure compliant, buildable, cost-effective designs and competitive tenders.

Requirements
- Requires a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) and at least six years of MEP design and estimation experience, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Candidates should have experience preparing detailed designs, calculations, BOQs, and cost estimates, strong AutoCAD skills, tendering and value engineering experience, and proven team leadership capabilities.
