Responsibilities
- Own UX design from problem framing and user research through implementation, creating appropriate design artefacts and ensuring the shipped product meets user needs and design intent. Collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders to clarify complex problems, make evidence-informed recommendations, apply accessibility standards, and build coherent, scalable product experiences.
Requirements
- Candidates should have strong experience designing complex digital products, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end work, structured problem-solving, and clear design trade-offs. They should be proficient in Figma, skilled in interaction and workflow design and practical user research, confident communicating with stakeholders, and eligible for SC clearance.
