Senior UX Researcher (German-speaking)
Topdesk 🇩🇪 Kaiserslautern, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany
Lead research direction across product domains, independently plan and conduct complex qualitative and quantitative studies, and synthesize findings into evidence-based recommendations that inform product strategy. Collaborate with product teams and leadership, mentor colleagues, improve research practices and ResearchOps, and responsibly evaluate AI-supported research methods.
Responsibilities
- Lead research direction across product domains, independently plan and conduct complex qualitative and quantitative studies, and synthesize findings into evidence-based recommendations that inform product strategy. Collaborate with product teams and leadership, mentor colleagues, improve research practices and ResearchOps, and responsibly evaluate AI-supported research methods.
Requirements
- Requires at least five years of UX research experience, a relevant degree or equivalent practical research experience, and the ability to lead complex studies using qualitative and quantitative methods. Candidates must be fluent in German at C1 level or higher and English at C1 level, with experience synthesizing research, advising stakeholders, mentoring colleagues, and critically using AI tools in research workflows.
