Senior UX Researcher (German-speaking)

The Senior UX Researcher will lead research direction across product domains, identifying knowledge gaps and executing complex studies to drive strategic decisions. They will collaborate with international teams to synthesize insights and mentor junior researchers to improve overall research practices.

Requirements
- Candidates must have 5+ years of professional UX research experience and a degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction or Psychology. Fluency in both German (C1) and English (C1) is required to effectively communicate with stakeholders and customers.
