You will design user experiences and interfaces for digital products while managing the design process from problem identification to implementation. You will also collaborate with product owners, developers, and researchers to translate business goals into intuitive product solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design UX and UI for digital products in the retail sector
- Conduct problem identification, user research, concepting, prototyping and implementation support
- Create wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate with Product Owners, development teams, researchers and business stakeholders
- Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive product solutions
- Develop and contribute to a Design System to ensure product consistency
- Validate designs and iteratively improve products based on data, research and user feedback
- Work on multiple products simultaneously within a matrixed team
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience designing digital products (UX/UI)
- Strong knowledge of user‑centered design methods
- Familiarity with usability heuristics and UX best practices
- Ability to lead the design process from research through implementation
- Experience creating wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes
- Excellent proficiency with Figma
- Understanding of design systems creation and maintenance
- Ability to present and justify design decisions
- Experience collaborating with product and technology teams in an Agile environment
