Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for Street.co.uk, identifying user problems and partnering with product managers, engineers, onboarding, support, and commercial teams to shape and deliver solutions. Define success measures, conduct user research, prototype and ship improvements, and evaluate their impact using analytics, support data, and customer feedback.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for Street.co.uk, identifying user problems and partnering with product managers, engineers, onboarding, support, and commercial teams to shape and deliver solutions. Define success measures, conduct user research, prototype and ship improvements, and evaluate their impact using analytics, support data, and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Candidates should have roughly five or more years of product or UX design experience, with SaaS or complex-product experience beneficial, and be fluent in Figma and modern design systems. They should be able to plan and conduct user research, measure outcomes, communicate design decisions to varied stakeholders, and use AI tools in their workflow, including to ship small changes directly to production.
