Senior Product Designer, Amazon Global Selling

Identify seller needs and design high-impact, scalable solutions for Amazon Global Selling using generative AI. Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to develop requirements, create design specifications, and ensure seamless implementation.

Responsibilities

• Identify seller needs and design solutions with measurable impact
• Develop high‑level requirements with product teams
• Create process flows, wireframes, and visual mockups to communicate interaction behavior
• Maintain detailed UI and interaction specifications
• Present and defend design recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure seamless implementation and make trade‑offs when needed
• Measure success and effectiveness of designs post‑launch
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize findings into personas and journey maps
• Contribute to design process improvements and design system evolution

Requirements

• 7+ years of UX design experience
• Portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end, user‑centered design across desktop and mobile
• Experience working with cross‑functional stakeholders on strategic programs
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar
• Experience conducting usability studies, user research, and creating personas/journey maps
• Knowledge of information architecture and design best practices
• Ability to design and prototype complex, large‑scale solutions
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted design and research tools
