Develop innovative, user-centered UX concepts for digital banking channels from ideation to final product implementation. Conduct user research and analyze customer feedback to establish UX standards and best practices within the team.
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative, userâcentered UX concepts for digital channels in private banking, from idea generation to final product delivery
- Create prototypes and wireframes and conduct usability testing
- Collaborate closely with UI designers, developers and product managers throughout the product lifecycle
- Conduct user research, analyze customer feedback and data to gain deep insights into client needs
- Establish UX standards, share best practices and introduce new approaches within the team
- Maintain and evolve design systems and ensure consistency across digital touchpoints
Requirements
- Degree or apprenticeship in User Experience, Interaction Design, HumanâComputer Interaction or related field
- Minimum 3 years of UX design experience, preferably with complex applications
- Strong proficiency with Figma for interactive concepts, prototypes and designs
- Practical experience using AI tools for research, ideation, prototyping, testing or design
- Proactive, solutionâoriented work style with high initiative
- Experience in the financial sector is a plus
- Excellent German and good English language skills
- Affinity for Artificial Intelligence and willingness to work with AI tools
