Requirements
- Requires 5–10 years of product, UX, or UI design experience, a strong portfolio, advanced Figma proficiency, and experience delivering digital products across web and mobile. Candidates should demonstrate strong visual and interaction design, research and experimentation skills, design-system experience, mentoring ability, commercial judgment, and knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design.
