Senior Product Designer, Comms Tech

Lead end-to-end product design for communications tools, from research and interaction models through launch, using prototypes and AI-assisted workflows to validate ideas and improve delivery. Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to shape product direction, ensure designs are feasible and scalable, and balance customer needs with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Create elegant, simple‑to‑understand designs for communications productivity tools
• Lead design strategy and deliver solutions from concept through launch using AI‑assisted prototyping
• Partner deeply with engineering to ensure designs are technically feasible and production‑ready
• Continuously adopt emerging AI capabilities into the design workflow to increase speed and quality
• Influence product direction by identifying design opportunities, producing functional prototypes, and shaping roadmaps with product and business leaders
• Develop working prototypes to learn quickly and iterate based on real user feedback
• Collaborate with product and business teams to balance immediate requirements with long‑term, scalable solutions
• Proactively manage own work queue, time, and expectations; meet deadlines and communicate trade‑offs

Requirements

• 6+ years of design experience
• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and prototyping in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax
• Experience prototyping with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar tools
• Experience designing complex workflows for data‑heavy, consumer‑facing products (preferred)
• Experience creating visual assets for social media (preferred)
• Ability to work effectively with non‑technical stakeholders
