- Develop, maintain, evaluate, and responsibly apply synthetic audience capabilities and AI insight agents, ensuring outputs are evidence-grounded, useful, and appropriately bounded. Partner with research, product, engineering, and AI teams to shape and support these tools, while creating guidance and training that help stakeholders use them effectively.
Requirements
- The role calls for a highly autonomous senior UX researcher with strong methodological judgment, customer empathy, and the ability to assess AI-generated outputs for evidence quality, bias, context, and overclaiming. Candidates should have hands-on experience building AI agents, automations, simulations, or research tools and be able to collaborate across research, product, engineering, and data science teams.
