Serve as the key technical interface for customers, determine engineering requirements, and collaborate with development teams and project management. Develop and industrialize high-power RF solutions and impedance-matching products, lead multiple product development efforts, improve the product portfolio, and support application engineers in identifying opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the key technical interface for customers, determine engineering requirements, and collaborate with development teams and project management. Develop and industrialize high-power RF solutions and impedance-matching products, lead multiple product development efforts, improve the product portfolio, and support application engineers in identifying opportunities.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering with an RF emphasis, or equivalent technical expertise, is required; experience with RF power delivery systems and direct customer interaction is necessary. Expertise in semiconductor manufacturing hardware, particularly plasma high-power RF delivery and plasma measurement systems, is highly preferred, along with adaptability, collaboration, initiative, problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
