Requirements
- Applicants should have at least five years of commercial UX design experience, a portfolio demonstrating improvements to player experiences, and proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools. They should understand behavioral psychology, information architecture, accessibility, usability, and game engines, and communicate effectively across teams while balancing player needs with business objectives.
