Responsibilities
- Lead the visual identity for LEAP's Australian practice-area verticals, creating distinct brand systems that remain consistent with the master brand. Develop digital, print, motion, campaign, event, and product-launch assets, translating product positioning into clear visuals while collaborating with marketing, product, web, and practice-area teams.
Requirements
- Applicants should have at least five years of graphic design experience, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or technology, and a portfolio demonstrating strong digital, print, and motion work as well as brand-system development. They should be proficient in Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite, communicate and collaborate effectively, lead visual direction from stakeholder briefs, and be comfortable with ambiguity and competing priorities.
