Senior UX Designer, Device Brand Studio

The Senior UX Designer will lead and craft connected digital experiences across Amazon's physical retail environments, including interactive displays and on-device demos. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve visual design standards and ensure a cohesive customer journey across physical and digital touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Execute high‑quality, brand‑consistent design work across digital touchpoints guided by creative direction
• Help define and evolve visual and brand standards for Amazon Devices
• Design for the web within responsive frameworks, design systems, and CMS workflows
• Apply brand guidelines accurately across a range of digital formats and surfaces
• Incorporate AI tools into the creative process to explore ideas and accelerate workflows
• Collaborate with creative directors, art directors, and copywriters from brief through digital go‑to‑market delivery
• Iterate quickly on design work based on feedback from creative leads and stakeholders
• Prepare and organize design files and assets for handoff to production and other teams
• Contribute ideas and point of view in creative reviews while executing direction set by leads
• Manage time and priorities across multiple concurrent design requests

Requirements

• 7+ years of design experience
• Online portfolio showcasing relevant work
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar
• Experience designing customer‑facing retail products (preferred)
• Experience with UX design of complex workflows (preferred)
