Digital Multichannel UX Designer (12-Month Contract)

Design and optimize responsive, brand-aligned email, push, and SMS campaign assets, including reusable templates and dynamic content for personalized customer journeys. Collaborate with strategy, personalization, segmentation, deployment, and UX optimization teams to test performance and improve engagement and conversion.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize responsive, brand-aligned email, push, and SMS campaign assets, including reusable templates and dynamic content for personalized customer journeys. Collaborate with strategy, personalization, segmentation, deployment, and UX optimization teams to test performance and improve engagement and conversion.
Requirements
- Requires 3–5 years of experience in email, push, or multichannel marketing design, with expertise in responsive design, accessibility, and email UX. Candidates should be proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch; have experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms and email testing tools; and possess basic HTML/CSS knowledge and strong collaboration and project management skills.
