Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or an equivalent field is required, along with five years of design management experience in commercial construction. Candidates should bring leadership skills and experience with regulatory compliance, design standards, design budgets, innovative design and technology, and early contractor involvement.
