Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's or master's degree in human-centered design, human-factors engineering, interaction design, cognitive psychology, or a related field, plus 3 to 6+ years of relevant professional experience. Candidates should demonstrate qualitative research, prototyping, usability testing, Agile/Scrum, accessibility knowledge, and end-to-end impact through a portfolio; healthcare and HCD leadership experience are preferred.
