Requirements
- Candidates should have experience designing data-heavy, workflow-driven, or enterprise software, with insurance or financial services experience considered a plus. They should demonstrate strong UI and UX skills, prototyping and design-system familiarity, the ability to manage multiple workstreams, and clear communication with technical and non-design stakeholders.
