Requirements
- Requires 2–4 years of UX research experience in product development, ideally with B2B SaaS or complex products, plus a portfolio demonstrating owned studies and their impact on decisions. Candidates should have mixed-methods and usability research experience, strong analysis and communication skills, familiarity with research tools and AI-assisted research, and the ability to collaborate across product teams.
