Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's or master's degree in human-centered design, human-factors engineering, interaction design, cognitive psychology, or a related field, plus 3 to 6+ years of relevant professional experience. Candidates should have enterprise or regulated-industry experience, proficiency in prototyping and research methods, working knowledge of accessibility standards, and a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design impact.
