- Create high-performing static and motion visual content for social media ads and performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms. Independently manage creative projects from concept through final delivery, maintaining visual consistency while adapting assets to campaign goals.
Requirements
- Candidates must have proven experience creating social media ad creatives and performance campaign assets, advanced Figma proficiency, a portfolio of relevant work, and Polish proficiency at C1 level or higher. Strong visual design skills, working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, independent project ownership, and efficient execution are required; practical use of AI tools and desktop publishing experience are advantageous.
