- Create high-performing static and motion visual content for social media ads and performance marketing campaigns across digital channels. Independently manage creative projects from concept through final delivery while maintaining visual consistency and adapting assets to campaign goals.
Requirements
- Candidates must have proven experience creating social media ad creatives and performance campaign assets, advanced Figma proficiency, a portfolio of relevant work, and Polish proficiency at C1 level or higher. Strong visual design skills, knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, independent project ownership, efficient execution, and practical use of AI tools are also sought; DTP experience is a plus.
