Research user needs and behavior, analyze data, and design intuitive digital product experiences through information architecture, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual design. Conduct usability testing, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and continuously improve designs based on user feedback and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions
- Create information architecture, site maps and navigation flows
- Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize product structure
- Define visual aspects of the product, including colors, typography and graphic elements
- Plan and conduct usability tests, gather feedback and iterate designs
- Collaborate with developers, visual designers and project managers in a multidisciplinary team
- Continuously collect user feedback and improve product design based on data and preferences
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Software Engineering or related field
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative user research
- Intermediate knowledge of wireframes, interactive prototypes, workflow diagrams and information architecture
- Understanding of visual design principles (color, typography, layout, icons)
- Intermediate knowledge of agile methodologies (Kanban and Scrum)
- Experience conducting usability testing with real users
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Illustrator
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Desirable: knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git and basic React
- Relevant professional experience in UX/UI design
