UX Designer

Research user needs, goals, and pain points, then translate findings and strategy into concepts, user flows, journeys, and prototypes for digital products and services. Facilitate workshops, test and refine design directions, explore AI applications, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure solutions are clear, feasible, and effective in practice.

Responsibilities

• Analyze context, map users, needs, goals and pain points
• Translate insights and strategy into concepts, user flows, journeys and prototypes
• Make complex problems understandable and help clients make decisions
• Facilitate workshops and co‑creation sessions with stakeholders
• Explore and test multiple solution directions, using research insights to refine designs
• Investigate how AI can improve services, experiences and organizational value
• Define clear interaction details for visual designers, developers and agents
• Monitor user experience through implementation to ensure functional products

Requirements

• Several years of experience as UX, Interaction or Product Designer
• Experience with complex digital problems and designing digital products or services
• Ability to conduct research, concept development, interaction design and prototyping independently
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and tools like Miro
• Strong facilitation skills for workshops and co‑creation sessions
• Fluent Dutch for client interaction and workshops
• Higher education (HBO/WO) in design or related field
• Curiosity and experimentation with AI in design processes
