Research markets and users, analyze experience data, and create and validate AI-assisted prototypes, ensuring findings are traceable to their sources. Operate and improve the design system, track metrics and experiments, document AI workflows, and coordinate UX delivery with Product, Development, Customer Research, and Security teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market benchmarking and discovery using AI‑assisted workflows
- Design surveys, interviews and data analysis, leveraging AI for synthesis while validating against original data
- Prototype ideas with AI‑assisted tools (Figma or code) and test with representative users
- Operate and extend the design system, ensuring accessibility (WCAG) and cross‑brand consistency
- Define and analyze experience metrics, collaborate on A/B experiments and track post‑launch impact
- Adapt, document and improve AI plugins, skills and workflows for the team
- Coordinate UX process improvements with Product, Development, Customer Research and Security teams
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Design, Engineering, Advertising or Social Sciences
- At least 3 years of experience in digital products, preferably B2C or e‑commerce
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Experience working with agile methodologies
- Basic to intermediate training in AI and daily use of AI tools for discovery, synthesis, prototyping and documentation
- Ability to critically review AI‑generated outputs before final design decisions
