Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience is required, along with at least 8 years of product design or UX experience. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree or equivalent experience, 12 years in product design or UX, and experience in complex cross-functional organizations, design project leadership, and executive engagement.
