Lead architectural design and coordinate project teams, consultants, and build-design partners to deliver integrated, technically accurate design documents within project scope, budget, and schedule. Supervise and mentor design staff, oversee quality and regulatory submissions, support construction administration, and contribute to customer engagement and business development.

Supervise and mentor design staff, oversee quality and regulatory submissions, support construction administration, and contribute to customer engagement and business development.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in architecture with at least seven years of experience, or an alternative degree and experience combination specified in the posting. Candidates need architectural drawing experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam, and strong communication, organization, coordination, and leadership skills; Revit design experience is highly preferred.
