Manage design quality, schedules, budgets, risks, regulatory submissions, construction administration, staff development, and customer-facing business development activities.

- Lead architectural design and coordinate project teams, consultants, and build-design partners to deliver integrated, technically accurate design documentation. Manage design quality, schedules, budgets, risks, regulatory submissions, construction administration, staff development, and customer-facing business development activities.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in architecture and at least seven years of experience, or an alternative degree and at least ten years of related experience, or an equivalent combination. Requires architectural drawing production experience and proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and business software; Revit design experience is highly preferred, along with strong communication, organization, collaboration, and project coordination skills.
