Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver water and wastewater infrastructure designs, overseeing technical deliverables, design reviews, project milestones, budgets, and quality processes. Collaborate with clients and project teams, mentor junior engineers, contribute to bids, and provide technical guidance on complex design challenges.
Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver water and wastewater infrastructure designs, overseeing technical deliverables, design reviews, project milestones, budgets, and quality processes. Collaborate with clients and project teams, mentor junior engineers, contribute to bids, and provide technical guidance on complex design challenges.
Requirements
- A degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent is required, along with Chartered or Incorporated status, or the ability to achieve ICE chartership within 12 months. Candidates should have strong experience leading consultancy design teams across the project lifecycle, sound commercial and technical knowledge, familiarity with relevant standards and tools, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
