Responsibilities
- Design and deliver onboarding, activation, upgrade, and early-lifecycle experiences that help customers discover value and build habits across Superhumanâs product suite. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, run experiments, shape cross-product journeys, and deliver polished designs that improve adoption and engagement.
Requirements
- Requires at least five years of product design experience, including at least three years focused on growth, onboarding, activation, engagement, or lifecycle experiences, plus a strong portfolio and experience designing measurable product experiments. Candidates should demonstrate strong craft, user empathy, communication, cross-functional collaboration, adaptability, and interest in AI-native products; monetization and upgrade-flow experience is a plus.
