Design and develop intuitive, consistent, and scalable banking products, creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive concepts for mobile and desktop applications. Collaborate with product managers, developers, business stakeholders, and UX specialists; conduct and analyze research and testing, present and defend design decisions, and promote UX best practices.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop banking products with focus on consistency, scalability, and intuitiveness
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive concepts for mobile and desktop applications
- Analyze research results and apply insights to design process
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and business representatives
- Present design solutions and defend decisions to stakeholders
- Consult and refine mock‑ups with development teams
- Participate in UX research, prepare materials, analyze results, and test solutions
- Monitor UX/UI trends and implement best practices in line with financial regulations
Requirements
- Experience designing digital products
- Experience with mobile and desktop applications, including Responsive Web Design
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive concepts
- Experience with Design Systems
- Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative research and translate findings into design decisions
- Strong presentation and argumentation skills for stakeholders
- Collaboration with product and development teams
- Experience with UX research and testing
- Knowledge of UX/UI trends and best practices
- Understanding of banking domain for business and corporate customers
