Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the interior design team while owning the homeowner design experience from discovery through final walkthrough. Establish design standards and systems, manage selections and documentation, and ensure designs are buildable, within budget, and aligned with project schedules.
Requirements
- Requires at least five years of experience in high-end custom residential homes or major renovations, at least two years managing or mentoring interior designers, advanced Chief Architect proficiency, and working proficiency with BuilderTrend or equivalent software. Candidates should understand residential construction details and provide a portfolio demonstrating both high-end design and technical documentation; a relevant degree and NCIDQ or NKBA credentials are preferred.
