Partner with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, run experiments, shape cross-product journeys, and deliver polished designs that improve adoption and engagement.
Requirements
- Candidates need at least five years of product design experience, including at least three years focused on growth, onboarding, activation, engagement, or lifecycle experiences; monetization and upgrade-flow experience is a plus. They should demonstrate strong design craft, experimentation skills, user empathy, communication, cross-functional collaboration, and adaptability, along with enthusiasm for AI-powered products and workflows.
