UX designer Senior (F/H/X)

Design and produce user journeys, carrying out operational UX work including research, facilitation, design, production, and testing. Contribute to continuous improvement of the user experience while applying the vision and strategic direction set by the Lead UX Designer.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce user journeys and flows
- Conduct user research, facilitate workshops, and run usability tests
- Apply the strategic vision and guidelines set by the Lead UX Designer
- Collaborate with product, engineering and other stakeholders to deliver highâquality UX solutions
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a UX Designer
- Ability to manage the full UX project lifecycle
- Strong presentation and advocacy skills for design decisions to technical and nonâtechnical audiences
- Teamâbuilding and collaboration abilities
- Technical curiosity, openness, creativity and active listening
- Proficiency with Figma or equivalent design tools
- Fluent English
