Lead architectural projects from concept through construction and post-occupancy, managing project performance, client relationships, budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams. Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field and at least eight years of architectural practice, including leadership of teams and complex projects; retail experience is preferred. Candidates should have strong project delivery, financial, client, construction, and code knowledge, proficiency with Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Suite, and MS Office, and fluency in English and Spanish.
