Requirements
- A tertiary qualification in architecture, construction management, engineering, or a related discipline is required, along with demonstrated design management experience on medium- to large-scale building projects. Candidates should have strong knowledge of the NCC, Australian Standards, NSW planning frameworks, design documentation, construction methodologies, consultant coordination, and commercial project constraints.
