Requirements
- Requires 7+ years of experience designing user experiences for B2C platforms, along with systems thinking and a strong user-centered perspective. The candidate should have refined aesthetic judgment, communicate and defend design decisions, provide constructive feedback, and demonstrate leadership in developing designers and design practices.
