Improve the visual quality and user experience of PayJoy’s products across native iOS and Android apps and desktop web, balancing design craft with business goals and product performance. Responsibilities
- Improve the visual quality and user experience of PayJoy’s products across native iOS and Android apps and desktop web, balancing design craft with business goals and product performance. Contribute to product strategy, design systems, prototyping, research, and end-to-end launches while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Marketing and confidently presenting design decisions.
Requirements
- Candidates must have extensive Figma experience, strong visual design and UX skills, user research and design systems experience, and the ability to design for native iOS, Android, and web. They must also be fluent in business metrics, AI tools, prototyping, and presenting in English and Spanish; advanced English proficiency is listed as a plus.
