Requirements
- Requires a design-related tertiary qualification, 8+ years of product design experience, and at least 2â3 years in a leadership or senior practitioner role, supported by a strong portfolio and experience delivering for B2C, B2B, and enterprise clients. Candidates must have experience building and developing teams, contributing to business development and the design community, hands-on experience building with AI tools, and advanced proficiency in Figma and related design tools.
