Senior Growth Product Designer, Cross Activation

Design onboarding, activation, upgrade, and early-lifecycle experiences that help customers discover value and build habits across the Superhuman product suite. Partner with product and cross-functional teams to develop and run growth experiments, shape cross-product activation strategy, and deliver polished designs that improve adoption and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Design onboarding, activation, upgrade, and early-lifecycle experiences that help customers discover value and build habits across the Superhuman product suite. Partner with product and cross-functional teams to develop and run growth experiments, shape cross-product activation strategy, and deliver polished designs that improve adoption and engagement.
Requirements
- Requires at least five years of product design experience, including at least three years focused on growth, onboarding, activation, engagement, or lifecycle experiences; experience with monetization and upgrade flows is a plus. Candidates should demonstrate strong interaction and visual design, prototyping, experimentation, communication, user empathy, cross-functional collaboration, and comfort working with ambiguity and AI-native products.
