Conduct and deploy quantitative and qualitative UX research to inform Sleeperâs sports and social platform. Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product experts in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute user research studies using both quantitative and qualitative methods
- Analyze data and present findings to inform product and design decisions
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Maintain research documentation and ensure findings are accessible across the team
- Support the design team in workshops and trendâsetting activities
Requirements
- 1+ years of UX research experience or completion of Sleeperâs 12âweek research internship
- Proven ability to deploy quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Fundamental knowledge of statistics and experimentation
- Selfâdriven with strong collaboration skills in a fastâpaced environment
