Staff Product Designer, Growth

Lead design for the Growth team, shaping its roadmap and vision while owning funnel optimization, onboarding, personalization, experiments, and new product features. Use research and customer insights to create clear, delightful experiences for SMB users, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and ship products that support business goals.
Responsibilities
- Embed with the Growth team to define roadmap, vision, and lead design work
- Own design for funnel optimization, new user experience, and personalized guided flows
- Leverage AI tools to create tailored customer experiences
- Design growth systems, experiments, and new product features based on quantitative and qualitative insights
- Facilitate workshops to generate and refine ideas
- Distill complex information into simple, highâfidelity designs
- Build strong relationships with interdisciplinary teams to ship userâfriendly, businessâdriven products
- Participate in UX research, apply insights, and represent the voice of the customer
- Advocate for user needs, manage stakeholder feedback, and promote best practices
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional design experience, including 4 years on growth or eâcommerce teams
- Proven impact on conversion, basket size, and product adoption
- Expertise in onboarding, merchandising, and funnel optimization
- Ability to conduct and apply UX research independently
- Experience with A/B testing and iterative experimentation
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and advocacy skills
- Nice to have: experience with B2B SaaS targeting SMBs and background in behavioral science
