Senior Product Designer, Verifications

Own end-to-end design for verification experiences, including drug and occupational health testing, simplifying complex workflows across candidate, employer, and operational interfaces. Partner with product, engineering, and other stakeholders to research, prototype, deliver, and iterate on accessible, trustworthy solutions while contributing to design systems and team alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own design for key Verifications product areas, from discovery through launch and iteration
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define problems, shape roadmaps, and deliver high‑quality solutions
• Simplify complex verification workflows into clear, user‑friendly experiences
• Use AI‑assisted design tools to prototype, validate, and implement lightweight UI changes
• Design for trust, transparency, and accessibility in regulated domains
• Translate qualitative research, stakeholder input, and product data into testable solutions
• Create interaction and visual designs for responsive web and platform surfaces, producing specs and assets
• Facilitate alignment through workshops, design reviews, and storytelling
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Compliance/Legal, Data, and Operations to ensure real‑world feasibility
• Contribute to design systems and standards to improve consistency and speed

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio of end‑to‑end work
• Ability to independently plan and execute lightweight research (interviews, usability testing, concept validation)
• Strong understanding of accessibility best practices and error‑prevention patterns
• Experience designing complex B2B/B2B2C workflows in regulated or high‑trust domains
• Familiarity with design systems and scalable component thinking
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and cross‑functional collaboration skills
• Nice to have: background screening, HR tech, healthcare, identity, or compliance experience
