Marketing Web Designer

Design and art-direct high-converting landing pages, marketing websites, campaign experiences, and visual assets, translating briefs and copy into polished page designs. Create production-ready Figma designs, collaborate with marketing, copywriting, and development teams through launch, and iterate on designs using testing, performance data, and feedback.
Responsibilities
- Design visually exceptional, highâconverting landing pages and marketing websites
- Translate briefs, copy, offers, and marketing concepts into strong visual directions and complete page designs
- Create and artâdirect key visual assets, including hero imagery, product visuals, and custom imagery
- Produce productionâready designs in Figma and collaborate closely with developers during implementation
- Use AI image generation tools to create and enhance visual assets
- Apply strong visual hierarchy, web usability, and conversion principles
- Develop and test multiple visual directions and landingâpage variations
- Iterate designs based on performance data, A/B tests, and stakeholder feedback
- Collaborate with marketing, copywriting, and development from concept through launch
- Maintain a high visual bar while moving quickly in a fastâpaced environment
Requirements
- 5+ years professional web, digital, or marketing design experience
- Proven experience designing landing pages and marketing websites for DTC/eâcommerce brands
- Exceptional visual taste and strong skills in imagery, composition, typography, layout, and art direction
- Portfolio showcasing relevant landing pages and websites personally designed
- Handsâon ability to create or artâdirect visual assets
- Experience designing for conversion and iterating based on performance data or testing
- Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong handsâon experience using AI image generation tools
- Strong understanding of web hierarchy, usability, and conversion principles
- Excellent English communication and knowledge of U.S. consumer marketing
- Experience in DTC health, wellness, or subscription is a plus
