Tech Lead - UX Designer

Lead user research and UX/UI design, creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and responsive interfaces while maintaining consistent design systems and accessibility. Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to refine designs, support implementation and QA, improve design processes, and mentor junior designers.

Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent education and experience, with at least 10 years of experience, including 3â5 years in customer engagement. Candidates should have design leadership experience, proficiency with design tools and front-end technologies, knowledge of responsive and accessible design, and strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills.
